CHRISTMAS IS DIFFERENT
As we draw near to Christmas it’s easy to feel a bit cynical about the message of peace on earth and good will to men. As we fight our way through the crowds and traffic, and cope with our emotions after looking at our bank balance, it might be good to reflect on the historical fact that no great battle was ever fought on Christmas Day. They have occurred on the 24th and the 26th of December, but the anniversary of the advent of peace on earth has many times been observed by a cessation of hostilities.
It can be done! Peace can be chosen. As we approach Christmas Day again this year it might be a good time to stop and call a truce in our own personal battles for long enough to receive and give the gift of peace. It has got to be worth thinking about!

Christmas carries the unmistakeable stamp of who you are! There is no day of the year like it..
